It's all in the name...

In a typically obsessive manner I've been thinking about alternative names for this blog, if politicaltheorist is too institutional, departmental, compartmentalized. I had a few good names in mind, among them "loudthink", "loudthoughts" and "thinkinginpublic". But one of these names is already attached to a blog about Jesus and another one is used by a software company. So I decided to give it a miss and stay with politicaltheorist. It may be not very hip or a bit stale and disciplinary. But at least it doesn't get confused with a business out there or with a hotbed of evangelicals.
